Tucson Local Pick up
At checkout on the Four Halos website or shopping app, select the “local pick up” option. If you accidentally select shipping instead of local pick up on your order (or vice versa), please contact us immediately by email (firstname.lastname@example.org), we will do our best to accommodate. Once your order is ready, you will be notified via email when your item is ready for you to pick it up.
We are off of Speedway just West of Swan. Our building is located behind Mama's Pizza.
This is a contactless pick up and nobody will be available to assist you.
All local pick up orders are organized in bins alphabetically by last name.
We ask that you write and sign your name with date and time to verify that you picked up your package.
Please note there is a camera in local pick up to monitor activity and keep your packages safe.
We ask that you not use local pick up as a fitting room and there is no restroom available for try ons.
Our return policy remains the same with local pickup. Items eligible for return must be unwashed, unworn, free of scent, stains or fur/hair and tags must be attached. You must return your item within 14 days of Four Halos fulfilling your order - not 14 days from the time you pick up.
If your order is left longer than 14 days it will be donated to a local shelter and your money will not be refunded. If you are not able to pick up your order in a timely manner please notify customer service at email@example.com
